Ep. 007 | The Disappearance of Diamond and Tionda Bradley
On July 6th, 2001, Tracey Bradley headed to work at a local summer camp. Before leaving, she told her 10 year old daughter Tionda that she would be responsible for watching her little sister, 3 year old Diamond, while Tracey was at work. She gave Tionda explicit instructions to stay inside the apartment and not open the door for anyone, but when Tracey returned home from work, the girls were gone.
The search for Diamond and Tionda Bradley was the largest manhunt in Chicago history at the time, but sadly, they were never found. In the 23 years since the girls’ disappearance, the press has speculated on whether or not Tracey’s boyfriend was involved, and the family has even hinted that they believe one of their own family members knows more than they’re saying: but is there any evidence to support either of these theories? Well, this is a trial by podcast, so we’ll let you be the judge.
